I was absolutely shocked when I open the box!!!! My Apple MacBook looked brand new. It was well and truly beyond my expectations and I recommend to everyone to use these guys. I cannot thank Tommy enough for everything he did, offered, advised and gave in our communication. I suddenly needed a new computer for another device I'm running, and I'm not tech-minded at all - especially with the specifics of what I needed this new laptop for. I was very anxious and also contesting health issues, which made Tommy's patience, care, compassion and conscientiousness truly invaluable. He walked me through all details of what I would need, the projection of the laptop's future (given in-built redundancies with Apple, hence buying a ThinkPad) that I was very nervous about - yet Tommy assured me of all concerns and also was very easy to understand in all he offered, despite me being not so tech savvy.
His very experienced past in this field make his advice and information so free-flowing; and he genuinely cares. He needed to go mid-our first phone call, which was 20 minutes of me asking non-stop questions and also repeating the same questions, and called me back soon after to completely deliver all the assurance and with a calmness that truly reflects who Tommy is as a human, not just a sales advisor. The laptop itself is golden and I couldn't be happier with it. I didn't know what I was buying, as I'm Apple historically, but this laptop is super light, all black (which looks GREAT and is my favourite colour) and has a lot of modern features I'll love using now, and well into the future. Tommy's prices are extremely reasonable, and he is a true believer in all aspects of this business, and his knowledge obviously goes back many, many years. You're in wonderful hands with Tommy - on all fronts. Thank you, Tommy - my best to you always.

The delivery was prompt and the machine is working so far very well. What I am missing is a brief message about how the settings are calculated. Whether they are the manufacturer’s default or specific to the second hand product?
