SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
IT Factory Australia specialises in refurbished electronics. All products undergo professional refurbishment and quality checks before sale. Please note:
- As refurbished products, some devices may show signs of prior use (e.g., minor cosmetic wear).
- We provide detailed product descriptions and condition grades on each listing.
- While we aim for accuracy in product photos and descriptions, variations may occur depending on device models and display settings.

All products sold by IT Factory Australia are refurbished unless otherwise noted. We operate exclusively as an online store. We do not have a retail showroom; however, local pickup is available by request and appointment only from our head office at:

Pickup instructions will be provided via email once your order is confirmed and ready. Please do not arrive without prior arrangement, as we are not open to unconfirmed pick-ups.
Please note: While we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and details in this listing, some information or minor typos may occur. We encourage buyers to review all photos and ask any questions before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
Laptop Batteries
Batteries are classified as consumable “wear and tear” components and are not covered under warranty. As part of the refurbishment process, IT Factory Australia tests all laptops to ensure they are functional and, where possible, provides a battery health report or estimated remaining capacity. However, battery performance will vary between units and may not match that of a new device. We do not guarantee battery life, runtime, or capacity, as rechargeable batteries naturally degrade over time and with use. Customers should note that future battery replacement may be required as part of normal maintenance and is not considered a defect or fault.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted upon confirmation by IT Factory Australia. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
Please carefully review your order before submitting. Once an order is processed and shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you confirm it is for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees, taxes, and duties (where applicable) are additional and shown at checkout.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location and external carrier conditions. Once an order is handed over to the shipping provider, title and risk of loss pass to you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

Our products are covered by a 6-month limited hardware warranty:
- Covers: Hardware faults that occur under normal usage conditions.
- Excludes: Software issues, accidental damage, battery degradation, water damage, unauthorised repairs, or problems resulting from misuse or improper handling.
