What does "refurbished" mean?

Refurbished devices are pre-owned electronics that have been professionally tested, cleaned and prepared for resale. Our technicians inspect each device and repair or replace faulty components where required. Standard eligible products include our 6-month hardware warranty. Value Grade products are individually listed with their known faults or degradation disclosed and do not include our voluntary 6-month hardware warranty.

What warranty do you offer?

Standard eligible refurbished products include our voluntary 6-month hardware warranty for eligible hardware-related faults, subject to assessment. Value Grade products do not include the voluntary IT Factory hardware warranty. Our voluntary warranty is separate from any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can I return a device if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. Eligible products can be returned for change of mind within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the product must be returned in the same condition received with all supplied accessories and original packaging where reasonably applicable. Value Grade products are excluded. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please see our refund policy for full terms.

Are the devices clean and sanitized?

Absolutely. Every device undergoes a thorough professional cleaning and sanitization process. We clean both internal components (removing dust and debris) and external surfaces to ensure your device arrives in pristine, hygienic condition.

How do you grade the condition of devices?

We use a clear grading system: Excellent (minimal cosmetic wear), Good (light wear with no impact on performance), and Fair (moderate cosmetic wear but fully functional). All grades undergo the same rigorous testing and perform like new, regardless of cosmetic condition.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping is included on all Australian online orders, with no minimum spend.
