Shipping policy

IT Factory Australia is committed to providing secure and efficient delivery of our refurbished technology products to customers both within Australia and internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within the next 2 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. Delivery typically takes between 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Australia Post or Aramex. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, actual delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or external factors.

Local Pickup (By Request Only)

If you prefer, you may request to collect your order in person from our head office:

Pickup is available by appointment only. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time. Please bring valid form of ID and your order confirmation email.

We do not allow unscheduled pickups.

Delivery Issues and Returns

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the cost of re-shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@itfactory.com.au. Include your order number, tracking details, and any supporting evidence (e.g. photos of damage).

We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a prompt resolution.

Order Tracking

All orders are dispatched with tracking. You will receive a notification with tracking number once your order has shipped.
