If I could give a 0 rating I would, phones comes flating around in a big box not securely packaged , no information , phone came with sticky shit all over it and was dirty , flat so had to charge up , phone screen lags and glitches

This is a great machine; other than a slightly worn "nipple" that is the Lenovo signature, you wouldn't know it had already had another life. It's super fast, reliable and has definitely made me more productive and agile with how I can work.

Got the Apple iPad 10th Gen (64GB, WiFi, Blue) from IT Factory Australia and honestly, it’s been great so far. The blue colour looks really nice in person and the whole iPad feels super clean and modern.
It runs really smoothly for everyday stuff like browsing, watching shows, YouTube, and a bit of work. The screen is bright and clear, so it’s good for pretty much anything.
Battery life has been solid too — easily lasts through the day without worrying about charging. Also nice having USB-C now instead of the old charger.
Only small downside is the 64GB storage — it can fill up a bit quick if you download heaps of apps or videos, but it’s fine if you manage it or use cloud storage.
Ordering from IT Factory was easy, and delivery was quick, so no complaints there.
