I was absolutely shocked when I open the box!!!! My Apple MacBook looked brand new. It was well and truly beyond my expectations and I recommend to everyone to use these guys. Purchased refurbished iPhone SE 3rd gen 128GB Starlight in Good Condition with 90+% Battery Health. Received it fast in the mail and it's in far better condition than noted on the IT Factory website. More like excellent/near new condition - can't find a mark on it. And the battery is 100% so I'm guessing its actually a brand new battery - fantastic! Add to that when recharging the battery it doesn't get hot like other refurbed phones I've bought from other sellers online, so they must use good quality batteries. Plus the iPhone is the Australian model not the Japanese models that have flooded the refurbished phones market. At first when setting up the phone temporarily to test, the phone seemed to get stuck on the erase all settings page but after research I found that this is a common and fairly normal thing so that set my mind at ease. I'm now doing the proper full set up on it and it seems to be working correctly so far. All in all I would happily recommend IT Factory for purchasing refurbished tech.
